We install mulch at 2" thick, the color of your choice. Mulch is excellent for controlling weeds, saplings, and other such invasive weeds. Mulch also protects roots from the harsh cold of winter, and maintains moisture during the hot summer months.

Program
We start with two applications of slow release pre-emergent + crab grass preventative. The third application includes a slow release fertilizer to bring out the green, as well as grub control. The fourth application is a slow release fertilizer to strengthen the turf through the hotter summer months. The fifth application promotes recovery from summer heat stress. Our sixth step promotes winter-long root growth and early spring greening.
Aeration improves air, water, and nutrient movement in the soil increasing microbial activity to break down thatch. We then use only the highest grade of grass seed, matched to your current grass to fill in thinning/dead areas.
